We also provide non-litigation services in the areas of property law, wills & estate law and commercial law.

The Firm has an extensive property practice. We represent clients in the purchase, sale and mortgage of residential and commercial property throughout the province.

The Firm practices in the area of commercial law providing services such as drafting agreements, formation of small businesses and partnerships, incorporation of companies and acting for the buyer or seller in the purchase or sale of businesses or business assets. We provide legal advice to small businesses.

We also practice in the area of estate planning, wills and trusts. The Firm has extensive experience regarding probate and administration of estates, as well as drafting wills and general estate planning.
